The calibration station is designed to reproduce and transmit units of volume and mass of liquid during the determination of metrological characteristics, calibration, calibration and verification of volume and mass flow transmitters, liquid flowmeters according to GOST 8.510-2002 "State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. State verification schedule for means measuring volume and mass of liquid".

*Calibration

PurposeThe verification complex "Neftegazmetrology" is designed to reproduce and transmit units of volume and mass of liquid during the determination of metrological characteristics, calibration, calibration and verification of volume and mass flow transmitters, liquid flowmeters according to GOST 8.510-2002 "State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. State verification schedule for means measuring volume and mass of liquid".

Scope of application

calibration, verification of flow transmitters and liquid flowmeters in the flow range from 0.5 to 3000 m3/h on 3 petroleum products in the viscosity range from 4 to 150 cSt;

testing of flow transmitters and liquid meters testing;

determination of flow transmitters and liquid meters metrological characteristics.

Advantages of this scheme

Verification, calibration, testing of not only turbine flowmeters but mass and ultrasonic liquid flow transmitters as well;

Verification, calibration, testing of flow transmitters in the entire flow range by two Pipe-piston provers (PPUs);

Improved accuracy due to the introduction of a density meter;

Bringing the station to the safety regulatory documentation requirements.
